Tenants are supposed to be out by the 31st by the notice we gave them.

I recently sold a property, but I still receive notices for paying property taxes and utilities.

I go to his Facebook page and also notice that it says he works for Keller Williams so I ask him if he does in fact work for KW because about seven Frank Walkers pop up on realtor.com but none of them have profile photos or are in Texas. 

It is intentional and designed to be noticed and considered.

@Calvin Pringles, I've been looking around Saint Petersburg largely for this reason, I noticed coincidentally that unlike many/most other jurisdictions, their city ordinance doesn't seem to require owner-occupancy to lease an ADU, so I thought the same thing as you.

Except in real estate the price is already so murky it won’t be as noticeable. 

Typically given 30 days advance notice we can find a tenant and fill the unit within less than two weeks of the old tenant exiting.

The contingency states Defects do not includes those the Buyer had actual knowledge or written notice of.

My 60 day notice for my apartment is a few days away and I'm wondering if I submit the notice to move out, is that enough time to find/close/move into a house hack?
