The notion that inflation is zero is false; the cost of education is twice what it was 10 years ago, the cost of milk, cheese, cars etc.Would we ever accept a 0 net return on investments we make?

Wouldn't be surprised if they start referring to milk as a large container instead of a gallon and shave it down to 110-120 ounces.  

One Is a beef cow you slaughter and have a fantastic steak ONCE and the other is a top grade milking cow that you collect a gallon of milk twice a day for 30 years...I choose the milk cow.

So you end up waiting forever for parts and they milk AHS for labor because they have no other work.I would simply put 2-3% of the property's value aside in repair/capex and not waste your money on sub-par service and workmanship.

Seriously though he is trying to milk you.

And it is absolutely criminal as I mentioned in a previous post and the people taking advantage of this moratorium should not only have to pay the back rent but they should have to pay a hefty fine to US and depending on how much they milked this moratorium they should do jail time.

I'm going to milk every ounce of this deal.
