@Johann Jells - you usually need 69" clear height and 36" clear width for today's larger fridges or the side-by-sides I usually install in my shared housing units.

Rehab per unit can be light at 2k to 3k, to medium at 5k to 7k, to a gut stud job at 12k to 14k a unit.

The renovations I'm interested in are more than "paint & carpets" but will not include additions, foundation work, or other major work (hopefully).Essentially, my strategy is to perform medium-level difficulty work on a 2-4plex with the intention of staying in one unit and renting the others out.

These listings are often time cheaper than what you can get from MLS (per unit price), but a lot of them are medium to bigger complex.

Major problem is there is a long (but only one car-width) driveway, so if they both are using it, one is always blocking in the other person.I have a few other properties that this is the case, but fortunately my tenants have all worked it out amongst themselves, however in this situation they just cannot.I have a few ideas, but want other people's thoughts, experiences and advice.Many thanks in advance!

Lastly bandit signs,  craigslist,  Backpage,  newspapers,  and myhousedeals typically have many wholesalers who advertise through their medium.  

A more short-medium term, secondary goal would be to build wealth over time through property acquisition, principal pay down via tenants' rent, (hopeful) appreciation, etc.
