Ever hear of a guy named Warren Buffet?

Hi Lynne, I would not count on FoxConn specifically - I believe Warren Buffet said something along the lines that rookies are looking for investments that bring applause and pro's look for investments that get greeted by yawns.

I was a PM for a roofing company for a decade so I have a massive amount of knowledge on the subject.

Assuming we got out the door around $85,000, put $20,000 into it, and sold it at $140,000...it's not massive but I figured it'd be a good place to start. 

Maybe whatever Buffet and his boys cook up. 

Outside of rental income that is the reason Warren buffet invested in mobile homes . problem with fix n flips, since most dnt know where to get deals, they do all that work to make a 15k take home.

I have been involved in a number of flips and own property there, and can say that even in the past year there have been massive positive developments there. 

Then usually fail at actually flipping because they try to make the place look perfect with a massively expensive rehab.

I read it again earlier this year, and it really got me to commit to massive action and to get moving with REI.

AND you want a massive discount.. rehab or not.
