Well it depends on a lot of different moving parts, People like me love real estate & reits while others lean towards stocks and mutual funds because we understand real estate and they understand the markets.

People are looking for lowers taxes and if you lean to the conservative side of the spectrum then Idaho's the state conservatives are gravitating to. 

I think I am leaning towards an interest in Certified General Appraisal but I will probably have to look into Certified Residential Appraising if I can't find someone to work with in the first few months.I have discovered my interest in Real Estate investing (thus my membership on BP) and this led me to get into the business of Real Estate in the form of Appraising.

Naturally, I lean toward buy and hold rental properties since that's what I've already been doing since 2010. 

After doing the math, I am leaning towards just doing 1 HML.

You've also probably already discovered that inventory remains very lean. 

If the state of Alabama has a tech hub in its future I lean towards Huntsville.
