I got my undergraduate degree in Leadership Administration and currently and completing my MBA.

The one thing in common besides high property taxes is their leadership.

Ive been telling him if you are going to work for someone else, make sure your learning something, a skill, team leadership, how to communicate with different people,.. if your going to work for someone else for money..because if not, you go on vacation when THEY say you can go..there are better ways to earn money without dedicating your 40 hours per week to one company..

However, I was hoping that someone would pick up on the leadership piece of the fourth option.  

A great program can get ruined by leadership and really bad programs can actually benefit the owners with great leadership.

Solving the housing shortage will be tough and is going to take real leadership. 

It's the same as last year:- continue building my brand on my thought leadership platform...Instagram- looking down my 1st apartment acquisition in Cincinnati- Locate a cash partner- Continue building trust

They might very well be having no problems at all if they had different leadership and mindset over the past 20 years..... 

And guess what with the right leadership and right pupil the results can be overwhelming..
