I suggest you look into joining the Central Florida Realty Investors group. 

Yeah they are month to month but in washington dc it is very had to get them out even for legitimate reasons but thanks for advice.

Soon though I didn’t feel alone anymore, it was the beginning of 2020 and by March I was joined by much of the world in my “what’s next” quandary.I was lucky though, I lived in suburban Colorado next to lots of park land and my wife had a secure job.

I would never do that / why not broker the loan and collect a fee upfront.This is also super sketchy as no legitimate hard money lender would lend to someone who is going to lend the $ and not own the property

And remember I have joined the ranks of the furloughed or retired pilots.. 40 years flying around in those little bug smashers I figured i temped fate just about enough and am fine with all the fond memories.I did truly love flying into Pangborn though and the airport at Chelan that one is a little tricky..
