Both are buildings conformed into indoor units. 

They are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with all the upgrades including: granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, 18x18 tile flooring, nine-foot ceilings, premium carpet, master suite, indoor laundry, automatic sprinklers and fully landscaped front yards.

Having been to some of the poorest countries in the world, I saw people with dirt floors no electricity or indoor plumbing.

But if you have converted it, you take away their choice to park indoors.

What was once considered the gold standard (suburban office space, indoor malls, etc.) are becoming dinosaurs.

Heating costs go up in winter, as does electric due to the reduced natural light and people being indoors more.
