There is no compensation, I am responsible for moving the storage building, there is no mention of repairing my asphalt driveway, and most importantly they state the north fencing will be taken down and not replaced as it is encroaching on their property.

Plus the other benefits outlined by the responses in this thread.

It seems like it basically up to you to do the math on how much more you will potentially make selling each unit individually and then deciding if that extra $$$ is worth the number of extra hours you will spend.

I have spoken to my neighbours but they do not know who the HOA board members are ( it is a large complex with 100 + townhouses).It is very strange but it has not proved to be a problem in the past as the management company deal with the properties externally ( eg painting ) and the common parts and have always done so competently and individual oners deal with the inside of the properties.They are now proceeding with the painting without doing anything about the termites.

I've met plenty of individuals with far more experience than me who have offered referrals, advice and so on but I'm looking for more handholding than is reasonable to ask for someone to provide for free.

I will admit I speed read your response but I didn't see where addressed any idea of pricing.
