I was very impressed.  

I much prefer to look at all income as residual for fearing of giving people the impression that there's such a thing as free lunch in this world.

This was at least my impression driving through the area.

As someone who has built a social media following of over 17,000 followers with 100,000 impressions weekly (not to boast, but it matters).

@Federico Gutierrez - that is a pretty impressive story of scaling up that much in 2.5 years.I too want to start networking and finding realtors, contractors, lenders, and property managers in the area to work with - if anyone has any references or recommendations, please let me know.

I was under the impression PR uses the same basic system as the rest of the country.
