Is anyone a member or participates in the events hosted by the Red Stick Real Estate Investors Group?

@Andrew Postell yeah I get that, but it’s something I’ve heard BiggerPockets podcast hosts say multiple times without addressing this issue.

I do not recall ever having that discussion.The monthly fee is to use their systems, software, group calls (by the way, hosted by free conferencing), etc.

I’ve heard so many hosts say their bookings on VRBO have almost stopped, including mine.

It took about a year for things to really pick up (got Superhost/Premier Host, reviews, min stay tweaks and listing improvements).We use OwnerRez.

Aside from large groups of teenagers, I held get togethers at my house hosting 50 people at a time.

I know Bigger Pockets LI hosts one monthly but I am looking for some other meetups through the month. 

Vacasa Guestworks(partial MGMNT model) says their fee of 12% is almost covered by the fact that THEY will pay the Airbnb host fee   Also they will handle the tedious filing of monthly taxes as required by my city/state regulations  I’m not scared at all to handle the online listing and am not keen to pay their 10-12% fee.
