I found a deal in my area and I advertised it at my local crossfit gym.

It's nice to not have to pay for gym, a pool membership, etc., if your apartment complex provides all those things.

Always taking Uber and Lyft when they already have a car.Pay off credit cards....starting with the lowest balance ones.Countless times someone lives within a mile of a gym (membership they are paying for).

Many amazing community amenities including swimming pools, jacuzzis, lazy river, sand volleyball, baseball and soccer fields, walking trails, pool tables, full gym, and even a private study building.

It would be nice if everyone can afford to live in a high rise with dog wash, a fancy gym, and have Saturday afternoon fancy pool parties, but that is not the reality.

Thats like taking advice from contractor about how to fix your car, or asking an overweight person about healthy nutrition and the gym. if they haven't done it you shouldn't take their advice.Talk to the right people, make heavy use of BP because it is a great community. 

Where is your favorite gym, and is it dated and acceptable or will you have to drive 20 mins to the next best.

Going to the gym, working extra hours, studying in college, waking up at 6am, admitting mistakes, personal discipline, etc.
