I used a different LLC to purchase this property as well.Several of the BP podcast hosts, namely, Brandon Turner, David Green Rob Abasolo, Ashley Kehr, Tony Robinson all state that if you are looking to cash flow from for rent-ready, LTR, properties off of the MLS, then good luck.
