If your goal is to acquire many units, consider looking into more affordable markets such as Akron, Cleveland, Dayton, and Toledo, which tend to be more favorable for this type of investment.

There are some DSCR lenders that allow this structure, it just depends on what your goals are.

Goal is to double the equity ( nothing guaranteed ) in 3 years or under time between equity growth and cash flow.I stick to more strong suburban to urban core markets.
