As mentioned above, if you are talking about a large mobile home park, then it would likely make sense, but that depends on a variety of factors. 

You can potentially experience real estate transactions from a variety of perspectives (Seller’s agent, buyer’s agent, buyer etc) allowing you to understand the whole transaction more intimately.  

Your best bet is to talk to a wide variety of lenders and give them your scenario. 

You could do a quick google search for any of these terms like "top cities for population growth in 2020" and find a variety of lists and see where any of your options fall on the list. 

Maybe the curtains, ceiling, cabinets, baseboard and trim, or a variety of places.You could try running an ozone generator to see if that helps.

I think these are way less scary than the pier and beam variety, but maybe that is just me.You then have to let the house settle for some period of time before you really set about your renovations, but you can still use the time to rip out old stuff, get your materials ordered, and gather bids from contractors - all things you'll need to do anyway.
