I offered $6k less that asking and got accepted How did you finance this deal?

I understand that commercial loans are generally not regulated.Alhtough over the years and all my fundings I dont accept loans from other brokers to many flakes out there ..

LauraWe have listed two properties as mid-term rentals in the LA area for 3-4 years now, exclusively through FurnishedFinder. 

The listing broker cannot tell you what a seller may or may not accept, so verbal is never a good plan. 

And if it’s exclusive to realtors?

You need a solution, ask her what that solution is without asking you to stop STR, maybe the petulant child has an acceptable answer in her mind?  

Meaning if you make 100 offers, expect 1 to be accepted. 

There are different forms of buyer agency agreement , including a non exclusive agreement in which you can work with more than one agent at a time , this is probably best for the investor.

If you do and they agree go for it, but I don't see any lender that accepts 100% CLTV.
