I have only watched and listened to Maverick on webinars and they seem to do it right and they seem to do it in right places and they seem concerned about a diverse community economy.

Lately, I've focused on places as diverse as AL, NH, and DC. 

The best areas are larger cities that are diverse economy and have increasing population and increasing jobs available. 

So, I borrowed $15k from my roommate for earnest money to secure the property, advanced another $15k or so from my credit cards to cover points and closing costs, and advanced another $20k buffer (using 0% interest promotions on the cards -- I also had perfect credit), and bought it and celebrated.I had a contractor lined up that was a referral by my realtor, who had sold me my own home.

Work for a promotion or put in some over-time. 

I too use Cozy, but haven’t gotten many leads from their cross-promoting sites.

In Arizona they just allowed, Tempe, to allow a plot of land to be used for "tiny homes" in an effort to promote affordable housing.

I do not want to get flagged for promotions on here.

:O)Not slamming OKC  just stating that the economy there is not quite as strong as some other areas that are a little more diverse.. does not make it a bad rental market.
