It sounds like you are disciplined enough to be willing to sacrifice today for your long term goals, which is key to becoming free.

To be successful in every filed, it requires grit and discipline.

Yea that’s what I have to do now which is a very self disciplined situation lol and it’s kinda hard cause I just don’t make the money I’d like to make from the W2 job.

That interest rate is extremely high, I'm not sure if you have a variable rate but it can get even higher if you do.I'd say you should spend the next couple of years learning some financial literacy and building some of the discipline it takes to save cash aside. 

They don't understand your sacrifice and discipline to make it happen out here.

Pulling money from the equity of your primary home is okay if you have solid finances and are well disciplined.

They also show that more agents get disciplined for non-disclosure than for disclosure.

While I am not clear on the exact "how" I will make the plan work, I am clear on the target, the big picture, and the next incremental steps, knowing that I will need to constantly reassess, exercise great discipline, and most important of all, remember to enjoy the adventure. 

Without discipline, you'll buy or lease a new car on payments, get 3 new phones at $800+, 2 credit cards and skinny jeans. 

And in that disciplined life full of small efforts, hopefully I'll manage to prolong my years of staying ahead of the three questions for a bit.
