@Mason Adelman I know your original question was on a real estate book and although it only has 10 pages strictly devoted to real estate I believe most of the book would apply as it hits on business entities, deductions, and planning which all encompass real estate investing.

If that's more attention than you want to devote to the enterprise, start looking for something else to do.- You want a 5-bedroom duplex.

Sadly, this book does not exist and I'm not going to devote years of my life to researching and writing it instead of leveraging my skills to pay myself.
