Found a restaurant bar on the water that was nearly deserted. 

I am up in the high desert in Pinon Hills near Wrightwood.

Looks as though my father was able to find a piece of the desert in a flood zone :)Now to find out what it may be worth....

Desert Colors is a new AWESOME looking development that has popped up since we moved on but, again, I believe you're stuck using a pre-assigned property manager there that will take 30% off the top and it ain't exactly cheap to buy in.

For all its worth and a plug here for Vegas as the real estate market is back and is as hot again as the desert sands.

I have found one exactly like that up in Desert Ridge, but everything I have found here in the SE Valley has been moderated by someone with coaching or education to sell and has asked to put me on a sales prospecting list.

As a full-time agent/budding investor, I regularly work with buyers of STRs on Mount Desert Island and the Acadia region, and all the news has been mostly good regarding rates and occupancy levels for this summer and fall.

I would prefer to build a fourplex but if it's more difficult to qualify for a loan because it's more risky, then I won't mind building just a duplex to start building more credibility with my lenders.So far I have only asked Bank of America and Desert Schools Credit Union and none of them offer constructions loans any more.

It seemed to be going good and she had some built in savings with the yards going desert landscape rocks.
