They are drought and disease resistant and provide great shade.

Particularly with new investors, they get emotionally attached to a property which shades their ability to reason clearly (an agent trying to force the deal doesn't help either).

The granite co. is saying my options are buy a different shade (which will be noticeable), buy a solid color (which will be even more noticeable) or call as many granite places and see if the exact match is out there.Any feedback would be appreciated.Thanks,George Sarianos

Not sure it's worth debating the shades of gray.

If you have major problems, it most likely will show up in there or rooms that have a lot of shade most of the day.

I'm trying to find a target client after opening a home integration and audio video company.I've been looking at a couple of flips in the area and noticed that no one is really wiring for security cameras, access control, theater rooms, home security, audio/video distribution, shades,lighting, home automation and integration.I would imagine adding these features to a home would increase sale value am I wrong?

For lower end stuff, the off-the-shelf Sahara Desert Sand paint from Walmart is cheap and a decent lightish beige.On nicer places with better paint I've used Kilim Beige and Ice Cream, both shades look great.

But I've seen posts on here where people have used different shades of white on the ceilings.So for those of you who do use white, is there a reason?

Your future would be so bright, you might have to wear shades!
