Now, they are contesting the eviction saying in their response to court that  I did not repair two issues because of which they are withholding rent.

It seems I would need to submit around 100 offers just to achieve a potential engagement of 2% to 5%, with no guarantee of closing any deals.Thank you for your response, I definitely appreciate it.

Truth time: I suspect the reason you didn't get any responses back from these alleged "wholesalers and investors" is that hardly any of them are actually transacting deals!

If a response feels weird, it's probably weird.

In the past, Kipp has been very helpful and responsive and has given me help on repair costs from the past 2 tenants I have had that have been no good.
