It's a new construction.

Good afternoon everyone, I currently have new construction coming up where I am sourcing construction loan quotes from multiple lenders.

My job is stopping and/or limiting construction in mapped floodways.

I have formed opinions on questions like:Do new construction homes or older/existing homes appreciate more?

Not a fan of loan guarantor fees in general.Sponsors track record in these types deals across multiple economic cycles (when I see these types of deals, I mean acquiring new construction multifamily in the area)I am sure if I saw the deck, I would have at least a dozen more questions.  

But yes most other areas of construction have seen improvements, but you can't beat old wood. 

The new construction feel might be gone even though its only been a few years so maybe something like that would bring a buzz back to it again. 

I currently have a llc in Illinois but will begin construction for a str on kentucky lake.

My responsibilities included construction and contractor management and overseeing the asset's successful marketing and sale.

Based on my own experience, when I found myself spending thousands on rentals for construction projects, I eventually bought a Bobcat and it paid off within two years.
