Should I stay on the closing attorney to keep the pace or prepare to extend contracts or worse?

@Jennifer CheuMy mortgage commitment date was 8/15 and we had to extend this back until 8/21 but more so because the appraisal report was sent in late and there was some last minute issues between FHA and Insurance.Outside of that, we are still on pace to close this Friday 8/25 and I have no complaints with them at all.

So your income must keep pace with those increases.  

You are right, deals look differently today and the market is paced much faster then it was 3 or 4 years ago.

PT will help it last longer, but it will still rot at an accelerated pace. 

For me, I've been with BP since October and have been learning on my own at my pace.

Prices were driven up a pace never before seen.

I need to know good , effective methods for finding quality renters and the paces to put them through to get the best.

I am currently taking on line courses offered by realestateexpress.com as I do plan to get my license - it's a great program where you can learn at your own pace and I think it was around $200.
