I'm not saying just take any warm body, but as long as the person has the income and you put them on month to month, and do the criminal screening, I wouldn't stress out over it.

GeorgeI suggest you check your closets, you left your sense of humor some where, I had to laugh thinking about a body still laying there for all these years as the reason it didn't sell.yet.and why it was still available.Now for my real response, Have you checked the property tax records, and is there really 10 years of unpaid taxes or is somebody paying them.
