Anyways his stuff was around $45/sq ft - pretty affordable - it's a bit thinner since they use plywood underneath the granite and it's somewhat of a veneer with a thick edge -- it'd make sense if you saw an install.

Rates will rise and people and companies will not be able to service their debt,  this will be when there is blood in the streets.

There is tremendous competition in the trustee sale space, and some of the bigger buyers (even institutional) are able to work on thinner margins and thus bid higher. 

So if you trust the DA is not out for blood then I would just work with them.3b.
