Start posting some ads and start having some conversations with these guys if you don’t get any referrals.you get a better feel when you speak with people one on one.

Hi DayanaAs a PM with 65 properties we did experiment with social media ads, google ads, etc. 

If the business is showing a profit or loss, then that income will be adding or subtracted from the entire income. 

We currently have 105 units and are using a variety of excel, google docs/sheets/calendars, apartments.com (ads and rent collection), docusign and QuickBooks online (which we would like to keep). 

Things such as added showers to half baths and bathrooms in basements etc. 

New flooring, new appliance package, paint everything, new tile...in this property, we added a mudroom and a butler's panty with a sink by just redesigning what was there.

I would then explain that for their comfort you have added a ductless system.

I do know that the pricing varies based on the unit count as well as what level you sign up for; but overall, it's super user-friendly for tenants, PM's & owners.Plus they're always updating their software and adding new automation features to make everything so simple as well as well as great customer support. 

This includes the seller maintaining property insurance in their name with the buyer added as additional interest and mortgage payments being made from an account in which the seller appears as bank account holder.
