We advertised it as a "bonus room/ office" and I think that helped attract the right applicants (they were not expecting a 3 bedroom apartment and then arriving to find out it was only 2 beds with an awkward bonus room).

There are a couple of new home builders that are offering attractive interest rates to investors.

The area by the race track has definitely seen some rapid growth since NASCAR has invested hundreds of millions into that area.

.- Walmart has just opened up a brand new distribution center consisting of 2.6 million square feet, and provides more than 750 new jobs.Economic Information -The City of Mobile has seen extensive revitalization and tremendous economic growth:Business/Corporate Sector- Construction of a new Airbus jet assembly line at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley should move forward rapidly during the coming year.

Typically the biggest appeal to Tempe is from an attracting college student standpoint, so I was curious. 

Anything beyond that is more than welcome (why not millions!?

Also, I'm on the list for our local community college to attract longer term guests.  

These groups often continue to focus on the smaller investor, even when they may have the track record and infrastructure to attract institutional money.
