It is quite possible that with 3-4 rooms, your house is not classified as a rooming house - check your community's bylaws with respect to the number of unrelated adults living in a residence.If you are planning to convert additional houses into rooming houses, verify that a rooming/boarding house is permitted under present zoning before you acquire the property.

:)Like I said, I do not have specific figures in front of me and I do not know how the numbers work on your prospective property, but let me tell you my perception of that area as someone who has lived a good majority of their childhood and young adult life in the area.

Keep in mind that Mary has no family except a son that wants nothing to do with her.  1 or 2 days later Adult Protective Services "APS" came into Mary's apartment woke her up around (6-7pm) and took her 2 hours away to a home so she can get checked out.
