Outside of the underlying questions, "investing" in crypto to me seems no different than forex trading... which is a very very active investment in which to make money you must always be actively trading.

This name recognition has also attracted other businesses to the Blue Ridge area which fill out the guest's stay and activities. 

Update:  Currently (as of Oct. 27) I have 31 active MTRs in buildings I own and manage in the near-west Chicago Suburbs.  29 are occupied and 2 are vacant. 

I haven't signed up, but I've met a couple people who have and they were glowing about it being super helpful and an engaging community.

Be pro-active and assess risk now and not re-active when a GP drops a request on you.

I'm always open to S8 tenants but I'm not actively seeking them.

The streets around the stadium in the West End neighborhood were activated before and after the game, tons of busy restaurants etc.

Mindset is key and just know that this is a business and you would be actively seeking clients and every day you wake up your working for the paycheck you receive in 30-60 days.
