I'm originally from London and have been living in New York for the last 2.5 years.I've saved a chunk of money to use as a deposit for a house, but I'm looking to buy in the UK and because I'm living abroad mortgage providers will only provide me with 75% LTV.

As a UK citizen looking to start a USA based ( centred in New York State ) flipping business can anyone guide me as to a good funding broker or direct lender firm.I have found a few but they do not lend to non USA peopleWaiting for your replies , Thank You

The TN visa is technically a "non-immigrant" visa type that is linked to my employer; aka I cannot work for anyone else (or myself, as in a LLC) during the period I'm still on TN. 

It's located in an immigrant community where many residents are undocumented.

Our firm gets weekly updates on changes throughout the world regarding business immigration and we assume that this will have a major impact upon EB-5 candidates.The bulletin says the following:"A final regulation expected to make changes to the EB-5 immigrant investor program is now under review at the Office of Management and Budget, the last step in the regulatory process before the rule is published and implemented.The Department of Homeland Security seeking to increase EB-5 investment thresholds and limit the types of development projects that qualify for the program.

Here's a question for which I can't seem to find an answer for, and am hoping to get some insight on....I currently own a portfolio of multi-units in Canada, and recently had a conversation with someone in the UK, who started off doing the same thing, and eventually rolled his investments into a REIT / Hedge Fund.
