Here's my story: I'm new to the real estate game- just establishing my funding and obsessively farming an area in my city that I KNOW is going to kill it in the next 5 years.My strategy is buy and hold, with my first property being being a house hack, and my plan is to move into a place that isn't turn key- something I can build up myself (I'm young and able bodied, and I wanna do it) or with the help of some light contracting.I ran in to two potential flippers walking through the same property.

It’s also driven by alternative investments (crypto) information about competing currencies, the regulating bodies, mining, adoption, etc. etc. it’s not that simple.  

We will still be within the same regulatory rules that were in place yesterday and will be for the foreseeable future. 

They will exit building to find water and will die outside.Inside smell is not a issue since bodies quickly dehydrate.

As a former federal special agent, I can say this appears to be a slam-dunk case for either investigative body.

Then if I STILL have time, I change something in the title, and in the body of the listing.

I have a basic understanding of the financial and regulatory side of things and feel comfortable working through problems from that side of the business but am going to likely struggle with the industry network and general workflow of a project.  

On top of that, there are regulatory agencies that each and EVERY financial institution must answer to, and EVERY financial institution is audited to ensure that they manage foreclosures in a uniform and consistent, legal manner.
