What I'd be trying to do is save money on commission and brokerage fee's.Many would argue that if agents themselves are circumnavigating the industry norms what kind of message does that send to real estate consumers.Even in a FSBO situation, I myself as an agent would still be required to observe all federal laws, regulations and state laws regarding my duty as an agent.As an agent I'd still would have to do all disclosures required under federal and state law (non-discrimination, fair-housing, lead based paint disclosure, etc., etc., etc,.And I would need to observe all requirements of the contract including home inspection repairs, lender required repairs, executing documents, etc.

I had looked in BizJournals & County Records & we also have Business Observer here.They have all listing that are public including foreclosures & lists the names of the buyers.Specifically, I wanted to know how is it that I can find their info because all it lists is the buyersi;e Residential Real Estate Transactions - Hyde Park Scattered Apartments II LLC to Castleton Exchange LLC, 320 N.

@Allende Hernandez - My first and probably most important observation - if the property has already been in the MLS (and thus fully exposed to the market) at $210k and hasn't sold, then it almost certainly isn't even worth $210k (if you're correct that "the property needs no repairs at all").
