@Shiloh Lundahl - The real estate investing ecosystem seems to have been hit very hard, in terms of interest in in-person events, absolutely.

Orignally purchased as a rental, but some unforseen circumstances have caused us to pivot to fix/flip model on this property.

Elk Grove is growing and has been/continues to be good.For appreciation, single family have been better than multi though.

I have mixed thoughts on this on how it will impact the real estate sectorWould like to hear  your thoughts

Every two years you have to get it tested.  

I have a 2,500sf home in Delavan, WI with lake access to Delavan Lake.

In this low-inventory environment, the right renovation loan can open up possibilities that you might have passed by otherwise.  

Having your son involved in the loan, title, and insurance policy does have both benefits and drawbacks.

It's a big upgrade from say camping in a lean to on hiking trails.Side question for me personally - do you have a mortgage on this property?
