How do you work the verbiage to tell the story of what the experience can be like for your guest.  

There can be gold in knowing their social handles, both for screening prior to approval and to attempt contact if they disappear. 

For example, if every lake cabin within 20 miles of yours listed on Airbnb seems super rustic and dated and "northwoodsy" (for lack of a better term), is there an opportunity for you to skew more modern in your STR design/style to help capture bookings with guests who are looking for that kind of aesthetic?

Your list of questions for the lender is a gold mine! 

We "inherit" so many homeowners from the big players who have horror stories (only one booking in 6 months, guests who were allowed to wreck your home with no recourse...the list goes on and on).

Just like when someone wants to own gold, silver or platinum.
