It is very hard to generate money with sub-standard real estate in the long run, capex tends to exceed cash flow and you are not creating meaningful equity either.As long as your properties are financed cash flow will be maybe not nothing, but indeed be quite limited.

A lot of free themes built around vacation rentals etc.It isn't quite as easy as Wix, but I think you could manage it.Bluehost and Dreamhost are 2 site hosting services that work with WordPress.There is a lot to unpack here but by using WP, you can start with just a simple site then add more stuff like payments etc.

Interested to see others experience as I know price ranges and rehab budgets control quite a bit of this.

If I purchase this and quit claim deed it to my LLC, who pays the mortgage?
