If the house is cheap enough that you don't need a lender and you could just pay cash, I'd probably pay an appraiser to get a desktop appraisal for $100-$150..just to make sure that my after-rehab value is in line with what I think it should be.

This is like asking if one should hire someone who uses a Dell PC as opposed to an Ipad.

Use an accounting software such as Quickbooks(Desktop), Quickbooks(Online), Stessa, Xero, etcBest of luck

You can access data from an ipad, phone, pc, etc anytime anywhere in the world.

I paid to have the report done, I'm just struggling with how to enter the data into Turbo Tax premier desktop.  

It has worked great but is now getting kinda buggy and is about ten years old and only runs on an older PC. 

They have a desktop solution and mobile app solution for property management that I love!
