The area has transformed into a higher-skilled labor market and is more accessible due to lower costs compared to San Francisco and San Jose.

Thanks for the call out @Brian Burke.This is my first post on BP in many, many months.  2017 was a transformative year for me and thus I have not posted. 

The next house flip I made, after I gathered all of this knowledge, generated a profit of 50k so essentially my initial 7k transformed into 50k.

@Dan TracyOnly if you go through the official channels and get this done through a permit, will lenders or insurance companies even consider this "transformation".

We are very proud of this transformation! 

Religious artifacts have been removed and the former owner institution allows it to be re-purposed obviously.I know some people transform fire stations or libraries or churches into their own home but they are usually driven by passion more than financial wisdom (no offense).

Wherever HQ2 goes will surely transform the city.
