Please do not rely on the notion folks might say that as long as it was in your name before the marriage...you are safe....NOPE!.

The notion people will simply choose to engage out of civic motives, lol, it's infantile.

Somehow I get the notion that it is likely more than I would.

It's based on the notion that you may not live to reach retirement age.

I have never had to evict a person and the whole process seems a bit overwhelming but maybe that's just because I have a preconceived notion that the system is skewed to favor the tenant.

These parks tend to be harder to sell because of preconceived notions, so they tend to be priced lower, and sit on the market longer.
