I will definitely continue to learn and ask questions with everyone here and I am about a hour north east of Chicago so I can't officially say I'm from Chicago but I do say I am when I'm on vacation. 

More specifically in North Port, FL in Sarasota county.We are all in on this area because it of the trends we are seeing when it comes to population growth and Average Salarys, and the amount of jobs coming to our area.

@David Savoy Hey David check with @Costin I.He runs two really good ones on the north side. 

I have had several investors leave North Canton because of the new restrictions but I have not heard any bad stories about Canton.

Placer County on the CA side has a cap but hasn't hit it.Forward looking occupancy in my north Tahoe comp set of ~100 properties is up 15-20% YoY. 

I am a Realtor in the North Atlanta market and have a client looking to build a custom home.

Lastly area of 1 mil to 2 mil homes and you bought it for 7k.. my first hunch is something is potentially really wrong with it.. normally lots in those types of areas would sell well north of 100k if your building 1 to 2 mil homes.. thats how the math generally works to back into land values.

I am not an expert in that zip but lived there years ago. 21215 is bad north of nothern parkway and worse south of that.
