So, my goal of getting my tax info into the computer for four of my companies - well, let's just say that I called my tax lady and had her file extensions (just like every other year).My goal of rehabbing at least two units - DONE!

Anyways I had a lady stop by yesterday and said she had a Section 8 voucher for $850.

Over the years I've had 8 or 9 fire restorations of varying degrees, one house with 18 cats, and NO people, I might add...the crazy lady lived in another house up the street!
