Most hard money loans work on a draw system, where you pay for part of the rehab initially, and the lender reimburses you in stages as work is completed.

You can really focus on the feedback, tweak your product and I would definitely set up a system that can allow you to automate guest messaging.   

And it's good that you're already thinking about systems to manage it.
