If your landlord is unwilling to carry the note, find another who is or delay the acquisition until a time that works best for you and your family.

Usually they are unwilling to narrow down your search by request.

From reading this forum, I do not see any issues like mine with sellers unwilling to submit fair offers.

They all claim to be doing deals but are unable or unwilling to give any kind of testimonial from buyers they’ve worked with.

If he's suggested breaking in but is unwilling to send a key, something's screwy.
