Is there a legal limit on how many rental units/tenants we could have on one single family lot?

I will do that diversification myself by giving my money to those who I perceive to be experts in specific asset classes, and do not a single sponsor to do that. - Sponsor is transparent and realistic.

I am looking to rent out a single property in the next 6 months and wanted to get recommendations on a property management software for small time DIY. 

You turned what couldve been a simple single family LTR into a big management project.Bob doesnt like when Bill opens the windows becasue he wants to use the AC.

In Metro Detroit area, police will not remove these types of occupants (they are afraid of scamming landlord having police remove legal tenants), calling them a "civil matter" forcing landlord to start court eviction process. thats a good question Drew.. but I bet if the police are aloud just a little bit of fact checking and do police work they can determine the fraud very quickly..

Thanks for input,Charlie@Charlie Krzysiak  It was touched on above but condo's are completely different then single family/townhomes and even 2-4 units multi family  properties.

Typically I would just run it through my name but there are areas of ohio that target out of state owners if its a single family and will send you fines and violations  for every little thing. you also should talk to your attorney and accountant on how it impacts taxes

Not on 100k single family homes.

I bet there are some ways you could proactively plan so the problem almost resolves itself.
