I have some similar sized houses with 4 beds where we charge $200 and some houses of similar size with 8 beds and charge $300. 

If you have a good screening process that checks all aspects of their background, you'll weed them out through other means.

What source do you use for:- screening criminal background- how much they make- any step by step that would be good to get them in.
