It is far past time for debating whether or not a recession will occur...that ship has sailed. 

In a way the market is like the wind, much easier to sail with it than up against.

My husband finally convinced me that we can learn as we go so though we have huge goals and I’d love everything set up for smooth sailing, we are diving in and under contract on our first out of state property.

While not necessarily "white collar" citizens, we have had nothing but smooth sailing since they moved in.

Tough sailing without some real hard work.

If not,  It will be an anchor in your portolio not a sail. 

Sail boats pose less hassles.Imagine moving an old houseboat when finding new space is almost impossible.

Being able to stick to it is key.Nothing clears my head and brings me peace more than being out on the ocean sailing.

From investor perspective 3rd ward -- The boat has sailed for buy and hold .. there could be very tiny window to grab properties that would rent out economically ..
