If there are multiple offers on a HomePath property it MUST be sent to a multiple offer round.

Hi Andy and Kelly BIf you are talking about Key West is totally different from all other keys.In KW occupancy rate is about 85 to 92% year round , even in the summer timewhich is low season there has been high as well.

Always round up to either $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, $20,000.Put it under contract for that amount or negotiate below that amount.When it is under contract, you have the right to do your own research by having a look through, getting contractors out to have a look and see what they think.

There is going to be a lot of investors licking serious wounds later on when the big fish fries slow down and the grill gets cooler after this first round!

But, this property is the most rough around the edges of any of mine, so this round was 3... plus being a photographer, it presents better online than in person.

@Faun Kime I would be very careful trying to buy this type of occupied property for your first or even fifth go round!
