When you are financially stable, it takes away so much unneeded stress that impacts your interactions with a person that you are supposed to be completely relaxed around.   

I was surprised at how easily I found financing by saving just a little more down, working with an agent who specialized in class B & C properties, and shopping around.You will want to look into zoning for the area you buy in ahead of time, but currently things seem relaxed due to the housing shortage. 

@Jay Hinrichs Now that I think about it you are right but both banks I worked at typically did not close before this was cleared up although I willadmit policies are getting very relaxed.

  @Joe McKnight  In recent years banks have become more relaxed about lending to LLCs.

How do you guys/gyals relax?

If your net worth is $1M buy the umbrella coverage and relax.

But, I saved a few G's, so that's easing my aching muscles.

When I was in college, I often used this so as not to waste time on paperwork and be able to relax with friends.

Now, relax, evaluate, act, implement, repeat.
