Also, even if you were able to fit in two ADU's (one as an ADU and the other as a recreational building aka "game room" / bar) you have to factor in allowed buildable square footage on the property.

A different scenario, but the same problem, I couldn't get at the past data I needed due to blocked access, and after going back and re-creating 3 years of books, pencil and paper started to look real good.But I know that Quickbooks is more than just books, and it has a lot of bells and whistles that work great for any business with a touch of scale to it.
