The performas given over and assurances by sales and marketing team of Krystal, Paul, Ross is misleading as they talk about section 8 tenants and then high sale point is that tenants are long term sitting and have been making payments.

I have 1 rental property that is a duplex as a house hack and the tenant that has been living there for about 3 months now is giving me some problems(not anything that cant be talked about and solved over conversation I just dont want it to get worse) and I want to go and sit down with her this upcoming week to have a formal meeting(not at the house) just to talk about some things, where could I do that.

I understand that we all would like to be able to buy cash flowing rental properties at a low interest rate with zero deferred maintenance and sit back and collect checks.

None of those options includes "taking $100,000 now and letting the rest sit in the inherited IRA until I make another plan". 

Is it possible to rent the mobil home to section 8 tenants even if you have to rent the land the mobil home sits on, or does the land have to be sold along with the property for it to qualify?

This mobile home however is located in a mobile home neighborhood where the residents have to rent the land their mobile home sits on seperatly from their morgage. 

I recall in 2009 Miami condo market had a 11 YEAR supply :)  

Question, with loan interest rates at a high currently and cash money sitting in the bank making 4-5%, maybe have your partner do a private loan for 6.5-7% short term until rates comes down??
